A continuing initiative of the Provincial Government in every Kauswagan Caravan is to foster climate resilience in communities.

Leading this cause, Governor Harris Ongchuan, joined by Vice Governor Clarence Dato, Second District Congressman Edwin, PCL–Northern Samar President BM Emil II, and other local officials, conducted a tree-planting activity while bringing aid and essential services closer to San Isidrohanons during the 40th Kauswagan Caravan held yesterday, April 10, 2026.

In every Kauswagan Caravan, the Provincial Government actively promotes a culture of tree growing and environmental stewardship in communities, aiming to achieve a sustainable and climate-resilient Northern Samar.
